How do I Register?
  1. Your User ID and Password will be created AFTER all the courses are chosen and you proceed to checkout.
  2. Go to the Grand General Online University, and select the category you re interested in, such as Insurance CE, Professional Development, etc.
  3. Select either the state CE package for $49.95*, your selection of CE courses for $49.95* or your individual courses from other subject headings for the prices listed.
  4. Your email address will be your User ID. Create your own password.  Be sure to save it for future reference!
  5. Pay by credit or debit card.
  6. You will have 12 months to complete your courses.
  7. If you have trouble please call 1.800.442.1149 for 24 / 7 service.

How do I Return to a Class?
  1. Return to Grand General’s homepage, www.thehelpfulpeople.com.
  2. Click the button for Online Training and go to the Online University.
  3. Click Returning Student – use the email address you used to register the first time and the password you created.
  4. Return to your class.

How do I Use a Discount Code?
  • From time to time Grand General may issue discount codes for specific courses or for promotional purposes.  The code you receive must be entered at the time of purchase to receive the discount.

How does the CE Reporting Process Work?
  • Take the class, follow any state specific guidelines regarding monitors, take and pass the exam, follow the directions regarding sending your certificate of completion and the course will be reported to the respective department of insurance.
